The starting point
A site visit, supplier meeting or trade fair can establish what remote research cannot. We define the purpose, checks, access and reporting before a mission. Travel, local resources and feasibility are assessed for each location.
A framework before action
The objective, scope, access, deliverables, responsibilities and commercial terms are agreed in writing. Depending on the situation: a diagnostic fee, project fee, monthly mandate or success component where appropriate.
