Your requirement

Information from the form is used to assess your business requirement, review a possible engagement and respond. Name, company, email, country, objective and blockage are needed to review the brief. Target market, urgency and attachment are optional. Required fields are needed to submit the form; you may also contact us directly by email.

Review of professional enquiries relies on RCServices’ legitimate interest in responding to requests received. Where an individual requests a proposal for themselves, pre-contractual steps may provide the processing basis. The form does not subscribe you to advertising or trigger an automated decision.

Access and retention

Recorded requirements and attachments are available to RCServices through its protected management area. Technical providers involved in hosting process information to supply the service. Data is not sold or published on the site.

The form retains requirements for no more than six months from receipt. Information needed for an accepted engagement must be transferred into its corresponding contractual file, which has its own retention period and applicable obligations.

Hosting and transfers

The site is published through OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. These providers operate internationally: technical data and submitted information may be processed outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. Their policies explain their processing and transfer safeguards.

Cookies and security

RCServices has not added advertising or audience analytics tools. The hosting platform may use technical mechanisms necessary for security and, for the private area, authentication. Avoid sensitive data or trade secrets before an appropriate framework is agreed.
